MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience)

Equipped with the MBUX Interior Assistant, the new CLA allows intuitive and contactless gesture control of various comfort and MBUX functions. A camera in the overhead control unit registers movements of the driver's and front passenger's hands and arms as they approach the touchscreen or touchpad. The media display then changes to highlight individual elements for the person concerned. It is also possible to select personal favourite functions by splaying the index and middle finger into a 'V' shape.

Performance

You choose the setup at the push of a button. There's even the option of adjustable dampers. And the sportiest of all are still to come: the AMG performance models catapult you to the ultimate in driving enjoyment.

The suspension settings can be altered to fully adapt the damping to your driving style and the road and to actively enhance the CLA's driving dynamics.
The weight and noise-optimised components are designed to combine agile handling characteristics, driving safety and comfort as ideally as possible.

Coupé design.
Sporty coupé design or four practical doors? No "either or" - you'll find both under the breathtakingly dynamic roof line of the new CLA. A roof line that appears to be in motion even when the vehicle is at a standstill, and surely one of the most lines ever to adorn a Mercedes-Benz.
Frameless doors.
The look and feel of freedom. The doors are frameless, lending them an inimitable elegance and lightness of touch. A defining feature that sets all legendary coupés apart.

Cutting-edge interior in "wrap-around" design.
Indulge in a "cocooned" feeling. Smooth transitions between instrument panel, centre console and door trims create the pleasant "wrap-around" design. This is without parallel for this category of vehicle, as is the selection of trim elements and the ambient lighting* featuring up to 64 colours to show off every detail to best advantage.
Fully digital Widescreen Cockpit.
The so-called Widescreen Cockpit consists of two HD displays behind a seamless glass panel. The media display on the right is a touchscreen which shows all infotainment content and vehicle settings. On the left is the traditional instrument cluster. Although in actual fact only the name is traditional here. Various display styles provide full scope for individual configuration.
